Good parts, some shipping issues
I ordered a complete DIY watchmaking kit and an oyster bracelet. The kit itself was comprehensive, came with all the tools and parts needed for a basic mod, which was great for a first-timer. The oyster bracelet felt solid and well-finished. My only real gripe was with the shipping notification; it took 3 days for the tracking to update after I got the initial email, which made me a bit anxious. Once it started moving, it arrived in Denver within 5 days, so overall it was still fairly quick. Customer support was responsive when I inquired about the tracking, so that was a plus.
First order was decent
I picked up an SKX007 case and a ceramic bezel insert for my first big mod. The case was really well-machined, no rough edges, and the insert snapped in perfectly. I was a bit worried about the fit from online pictures, but it was spot on. Delivery took about 9 days to the East Coast, which was okay for international shipping. I did notice the packaging for the bezel insert could have been a little more padded, it was just in a small plastic bag inside the box. No damage, but it could have been. Overall, I'm satisfied with the quality for the price.
